Bwt365 Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

1Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and bwt365 ("Platform", "we"), which operates the website bwt365.biz and all associated services — Sports Betting, online casino, slots, crash games, roulette, and other digital entertainment products.

For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:

• User: any individual aged 18 or older who creates an account and uses the bwt365 services.
• Account: the individual profile created by the User to access the platform.
• Real Balance: funds deposited by the User into their bwt365 account using the available payment methods.
• Bonus Balance: credits granted by bwt365 through promotions, subject to specific release conditions.
• Rollover: minimum wagering volume required to convert bonus balance into balance available for withdrawal.
• Live Betting: bets placed while a sporting event is in progress, with odds updated in real time.

By clicking "I Agree" during registration or by using any feature of the platform, the User accepts all of these Terms as currently in effect. bwt365 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, communicating any changes by email or in-platform notification with at least 7 days' notice.

2Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To create a bwt365 account and use its services, the User must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal.
• Have an active email address used exclusively for your bwt365 account.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Not be listed on any sports betting self-exclusion registry in Brazil.
• Not have had a previous account closed by bwt365 due to a Terms violation.

Bwt365 performs age and identity verification for all users. Full verification is required to process withdrawals above R$ 500.00 or when activity is identified that requires additional confirmation. The process involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and, when required, proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

Each User may hold only one active account on bwt365. Creating duplicate accounts using the same CPF, email address, or banking details is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate suspension with review of all associated funds.

3User Account — Responsibilities and Security

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bwt365 account credentials — login, password, and two-factor authentication code (when enabled). Any activity carried out under the User's credentials is their responsibility, except in cases where the User immediately notifies bwt365 of unauthorized access.

To keep your account secure, bwt365 recommends:

• Use a unique, strong password with at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Enable two-factor authentication, available in the account security settings.
• Never share login credentials with third parties.
• Always verify you are on the official bwt365.biz website before entering any personal information.
• Log out of your account after each session on shared devices.

Bwt365 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any such communication should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to platform support immediately.

Users must keep their registration details up to date — especially their email, mobile number, and Pix key — to ensure receipt of important communications and correct processing of withdrawals. Account details can be updated directly in the bwt365 account dashboard at any time.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Bwt365 accepts the following deposit methods, all operating exclusively in BRL:

• Pix — preferred method, instant processing 24/7.
• Boleto Bancário — cleared within up to 1 business day after payment.
• Credit or Debit Card — Visa and Mastercard, processed within up to 10 minutes.
• PicPay — instant processing via direct integration.
• Mercado Pago — processed within up to 15 minutes.
• TED Transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other domestic financial institutions.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no maximum limit for a single deposit, but deposits over R$ 10,000.00 are subject to additional compliance verification. All deposits must be made by the account holder — transfers from third parties or cards in someone else's name are not accepted.

Bwt365 does not charge fees on deposits. Any fees charged by the User's financial institution are the sole responsibility of that institution.

5Withdrawals — Timeframes & Conditions

Users may request a withdrawal of their available real balance at any time, provided the conditions set out in these Terms have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00.

Standard processing times by withdrawal method:

• Pix: processed within 5 minutes in most cases, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including national holidays.
• TED Transfer: up to 1 business day, subject to banking processing hours.
• Credit Card: chargeback within up to 5 business days, depending on the card issuer.

Pix withdrawals are the fastest method and are recommended by bwt365. To use it, the User must register a Pix key linked to the CPF associated with their platform account.

Bwt365 may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or when it identifies transaction patterns that require compliance verification. This verification is carried out once per user and does not result in a permanent hold on funds.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Loyalty Program

Bwt365 offers different types of promotions for new and active users. All promotions are subject to specific terms presented at the time of the offer. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• Each promotion has a clearly specified minimum rollover (wagering requirement) — generally between 3x and 10x the bonus amount.
• The rollover deadline begins from the moment the bonus is credited to the account.
• Bets with odds below 1.50 may not count toward the sports bonus rollover, as specified in each promotion.
• Each user is entitled to a single activation of the welcome bonus, tied to the registered CPF.
• Bwt365 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or a violation of the promotion's terms is identified.

The bwt365 Loyalty Program operates across four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond — with increasing benefits based on monthly betting volume. Weekly automatic cashback, higher withdrawal limits, a dedicated account manager, and access to exclusive promotions are among the perks available at higher tiers.

Bwt365 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, with prior notice to affected users. Promotions tied to specific events such as Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, or Superliga de Vôlei are valid only for the duration of the event and are governed by their own terms.

7Sports Betting — General Rules

The Sports Betting section of bwt365 covers football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and the major European leagues), volleyball (Superliga Masculina and Feminina, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and more.

General rules that apply to all Sports Betting on bwt365:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or changed by the User.
• The minimum stake for a single bet is R$ 2.00. For multiple bets (accumulators), the minimum total bet amount is also R$ 2.00.
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the valid odds for the bet, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are considered void and the wagered amount is refunded in full.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled, bets on unresolved markets are refunded. Bets on already-settled markets retain their result.
• Bwt365 reserves the right to correct obvious odds errors (odds clearly below market value due to a technical fault). Bets placed at incorrect odds may be cancelled and refunded.

For live betting, odds are updated in real time and may be briefly suspended during critical moments of the event. Bets submitted during a temporary suspension are either processed at the odds in effect when betting resumes or returned to the User.

8Casino, Slots, and Online Games

The bwt365 platform offers casino games including slots, live European and French roulette, blackjack, baccarat, crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, and similar titles), and other game types provided by certified studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Hacksaw Gaming.

Rules applicable to casino games on bwt365:

• All digital games use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by independent laboratories — outcomes cannot be manipulated.
• Live Casino tables use real physical equipment operated by trained dealers in certified studios.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is displayed on the game's details page before it launches.
• Technical failures during a match (disconnection, freezing) are handled according to each provider's policy. As a general rule, incomplete rounds are cancelled and the wagered amount is refunded.
• Bwt365 is not responsible for the User's gambling decisions. Bankroll management is solely the User's responsibility.

9Prohibited Conduct and Platform Misuse

Bwt365 maintains active fraud and abuse detection systems. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, balance retention for review, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF or different CPFs to claim bonuses more than once.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the betting or gaming platform.
• Odds arbitrage aimed at systematically guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome by exploiting pricing errors.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the platform to move funds of illicit origin.
• Sharing account access with third parties or selling account credentials to another person.
• Any form of bonus fraud, including the use of false information or another person's details.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or interfere with the platform's technical operations.

Bwt365 cooperates with relevant authorities in Brazil on investigations related to suspicious activity. Balances held due to suspected fraud are frozen for the duration of the investigation, which may last up to 30 business days.

10Privacy, Data Protection, and LGPD

Bwt365 collects, stores, and processes Users' personal data in strict compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). The data collected includes:

• Identification data: full name, CPF, date of birth, address.
• Contact details: email, mobile number.
• Financial data: Pix key, transaction history (full card data is not stored).
• Usage data: betting history, games accessed, platform preferences.

This data is used exclusively for: delivering platform services, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal obligations, and — with the User's consent — sending communications about bwt365 promotions and updates.

11Responsible Gambling — Tools and Commitments

Bwt365 believes that sports betting and casino games should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools directly in the account dashboard:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limit: sets a maximum limit on how much you can deposit per period.
• Loss Limit: automatically blocks new bets once the defined loss limit is reached within the configured period.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: suspends account access for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registering on bwt365 with the same CPF.
• Temporal Reality: configurable alerts that notify the User about active session time on the platform.

12Changes to Terms, Account Closure, and Jurisdiction

Bwt365 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, applicable law, or internal platform policies. Material changes will be communicated to the User by email and/or platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date.

Account Closure by the User: Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support via chat or email. Any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal within the standard timeframe before the account is closed.

Account Closure by bwt365: bwt365 may close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, notifying the User whenever possible. In cases of suspected fraud, closure may occur without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of São Paulo — SP, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
